How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will ship within the stated turn around time. All purchases are shipped USPS ground or UPS shipping (3-5 days) unless priority mail is purchased. You will receive an email with tracking once your items ship. Once your package is handed over to the post office, my shop is not responsible for lost/stolen or delayed packages.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We take great care in creating items that are uniquely made for you, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if a mistake was made on your order, please contact me at dmyreedesigns@gmail.com within 3 days to initiate a replacement.
Embroidery Care
To keep your embroidered items looking their best, please follow these care guidelines:-machine wash items inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle.-Lay flat or use low heat to dry.-If needed, iron inside out on a low setting to avoid damaging the embroidery.
